Kim Caudle Lewis

Kim Caudle Lewis is founder and Chief Executive Officer of PROJECTXYZ, Inc. Ms. Lewis founded PROJECTXYZ in 2002 as a minority-owned, woman-owned small business under the US Small Business Administration’s government contracting program. As CEO, Ms. Lewis has established PROJECTXYZ as a company committed to excellence in providing engineering for Federal customers, logistics, programmatic, and alternative energy solutions for government customers around the world. Today under her leadership, the company has grown to almost 300 employees and has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the US. Prior to starting PROJECTXYZ, Ms. Lewis served in several management and leadership roles where she managed large scale technology implementations and projects for Fortune 500 healthcare companies. A Huntsville, Alabama native, Ms. Lewis has a Computer Information Systems degree from John C. Calhoun State Community College and has completed executive and leadership development programs over the course of her career.
